Before working inside the luxury industry, I spent years trying to enter it. I applied with ambition. With strong credentials. And without the right codes.
The rejections accumulated. So did the doubt. At one point, the distance between where I was and where I wanted to be felt impossible to cross.
What I eventually understood changed everything: the luxury world selects differently, speaking a language most candidates were never taught. Atelier Next was born to change that. To give the next generation the codes I had to find alone. So that no one spends years knocking on doors that were never locked. Just unfamiliar.
